We had chipmunks get into the wall in the house on a Sunday. We called a nationally advertised company on Sunday & again on Monday who never called back . We contacted Midwest, they came right out, found where they had gotten in and took care of the problem.

I called and they dispatched the next day. The person doing the work gave me an explanation of the process before starting. I watched him from inside as he sprayed and dug out the nest. He also explained there could be a few lingering bees for a couple days but they would eventually leave. I was glad he told me this so that I wasn't concerned as a few did come back. After a few days they were totally gone. I have used these folks a few times over the years and have always been extremely pleased with their service. Once I had plans on a Saturday and was told, don't worry we will just leave the bill in the mailbox. On another occasion I was afraid I had termites on my roof. I had sprayed bug killer and when they arrived there was no evidence. I was charged for a termite inspection and the next day they called me & said they were tearing up my check because based on the report they had not really done anything. I would recommend them to anyone in the western suburbs. They are good friendly people and care about their customers.

There were a few bees remaining in the home after the service was completed. That was to be expected, but they did stop the problem. I found the service very expensive. I had not done much price comparing beforehand.

I am very upset with this company. I have called them 3 times now because I still have a carpenter ant problem in my home and they were supposed to come out one time for 1000 dollars and get rid of them all guaranteed. It never happened that way. They came out and I still have the problem and now they won't return my phone calls at all.

When they came and sprayed the first time, the bees moved so they came a second time, free of charge. Their price was great. They are accommodating with scheduling the work to be done and are very friendly. They are good at what they do.

Very responsive and provided valuable information as to our pest problems. They also pointed out an ant nest that led to the discovery of a roof leak and water damaged wood. We've used them twice now and also back for a quick follow up.

While their office rep on phone is very knowledgeable/professional, the actual exterminator seemed to care less. Our problem is still not resolved after three months and they drag their feet on coming to refill poison trays. With small kids in house, I need a more responsive company that shows quick results. Unimpressed.

EXTERMINATOR WAS ON TIME/EARLY. DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

WE WERE VERY PLEASE WITH THE SERVICE. THEY CALLED BACK QUICKLY AND CAME OUT THE SAME DAY. THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME OUT WAS PERSONABLE AND PROFESSIONAL. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THE PEOPLE AT MIDWEST QUICKLY IDENTIFIED THAT I HAD YELLOW JACKETS. THEY ASKED SOME QUESTIONS AND GAVE ME A QUOTE ON THE PHONE (I ALSO HAD A $15-OFF COUPON FROM THE PHONE BOOK, WHICH HELPED A LITTLE). THE GENTLEMAN SHOWED UP WITHIN A COUPLE HOURS AND KILLED THE NEST QUICKLY AND WAS GONE IN ABOUT HALF AN HOUR. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND SAID THE BEES THAT WERE NOT IN THE NEST AT THE TIME WOULD SWARM AROUND OUTSIDE FOR ABOUT AND HOUR AND THEN DISAPPEAR, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. IT HAS NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS AND NO SIGN OF ANY BEES AT ALL. GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT RESULTS! PLUS GUARANTEE FOR A YEAR.

WILL COME BACK WITHIN 6 MONTHS IF YOU SEE THE PEST AGAIN WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME, I'VE USED THEM TWICE NOW.
