I was very pleased. He initially suggested using an upholstery remnant to save money and offered to let us take samples home. We chose a new fabric and were very pleased with the end result, completed within the promised time frame. He seemed to take a lot of pride in his work and I will bring other pieces to him based on our positive experience.

Carlos picked up/delivered the items in a timely manner. He offered help in selecting fabrics and gave useful advice on the project. He promised that he would do the work as quickly as possible and he delivered on his promise. His completed work was very good and he met expectations. The items are quite attractive. Carlos is well-experienced in the field and has done this work for over 30 years. He is a very pleasant person who gives the customer all the time and attention necessary to provide the desired product. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We would use Carlos again.

Carlos was very friendly, very polite, and had my chairs done on time. The work was exceptional, with great attention paid to detail. I felt, however, that the price was high, but I had to take into consideration the cost of the fabric, which was very beautiful. This is a five-star business. I would do business with him again, and recommend him to my friends.
