Description of Work: They built a leather cushion with foam in it for my bench. I had them make pillows and an arm rest. They basically provided cushion for an existing bench of mine.

 + -1 moreI was very pleased. He initially suggested using an upholstery remnant to save money and offered to let us take samples home. We chose a new fabric and were very pleased with the end result, completed within the promised time frame. He seemed to take a lot of pride in his work and I will bring other pieces to him based on our positive experience.
Description of Work: Carlos reupholstered an antique chair with channels, also touched up the wood frame.

 + -1 moreCarlos picked up/delivered the items in a timely manner. He offered help in selecting fabrics and gave useful advice on the project. He promised that he would do the work as quickly as possible and he delivered on his promise. His completed work was very good and he met expectations. The items are quite attractive. Carlos is well-experienced in the field and has done this work for over 30 years. He is a very pleasant person who gives the customer all the time and attention necessary to provide the desired product. It was a pleasure dealing with him. We would use Carlos again.
Description of Work: Carlos upholstered a sofa (high grade fabric) and an easy-chair (medium grade). He also provided extra high grade fabric for a drape.

 + -1 moreI pulled up two names from Angie's List, and decided to give Image Professional Upholstering a call, and am so glad that I did. I am 100% pleased with the results. I would like to nominate on the Page of Happiness: Image Professional Upholstering.
Description of Work: I had an old family heirloom chair that needed reupholstering and refinishing. I had extra fabric that matched my new sofa, and called Image Professional Upholstering. The shop was closed, but Carlos stayed late so that we could drop off the chair and get a price. He gave us an excellent price and we told him to recover the chair. Less than two weeks later the chair was ready,. Again, Carlos stayed late so that we could pick it up. The result was absolutely beautiful. Carlos is a perfectionist. Not only was the upholstery perfect, but the refinishing made the chair (over 100 years old)look brand new. He saved the original horse hair stuffing, too. He also gave helpful advice about piping and material layout. The whole experience was top quality at a reasonable price. We were so very pleased with the results that we dropped off three pillows for him to recover.

 + -1 moreCarlos was very friendly, very polite, and had my chairs done on time. The work was exceptional, with great attention paid to detail. I felt, however, that the price was high, but I had to take into consideration the cost of the fabric, which was very beautiful. This is a five-star business. I would do business with him again, and recommend him to my friends.
Description of Work: Six (6) kitchen chairs were reupholstered. There were buttons on the top front of the chairs and snaps on the top back.
