FLOOROPEDICS

We have  been satisfied customers of ``FloorOpedics'' in Glen Ellyn for the past 20 + years. As with all our prior experiences with ``FloorOpedics,'' we were very pleased with all phases of the process of securing a new floor for our kitchen (i.e., from selecting the product among the many options that ``FloorOpedics'' carries to its final professional installation ).

As to the shopping experience: Iryl at the ``FloorOpedics'' store to Glen Ellyn was so very helpful in walking us through the available  products. ''FloorOpedics'' carries a wide variety of products from various manufactures. It took a few visits to the store in order for us to make our final selection as to product and color. Again, Iryl was most helpful in discussing the available options and as well as design ideas.

After making our decision Bill (one of the owners) came out to our home to make the estimate and his proposed estimate for the work (i.e., tear-out of the old floor covering and installing the new flooring) arrived promptly. We thought the cost estimate to be very fair.

The new flooring arrived within the expected time period. Don spent a day tearing out the old kitchen tile and Jim installed the new floor the next day. Both men arrived on time and left the worksite as clean as possible. We especially appreciated the installation work performed by Jim.....a true craftsman.

Again a very positive experience from start to finish! I would not hesitate to recommend ``FloorOpedics'' for its wide product selection, workmanship and product knowledge.

I have to add that in the past we have used ``FloorOpedics'' for bath remodeling work, including tile floors and tiles for tub & shower enclosures. Excellent work on all these previous remodeling projects.

With regard to price, we were very pleased with it. They had also done a neighbor's floor. The guy who put the floor in was very professional and very pleasant. They stood behind it. It's a linoleum product that's pleasant to walk on. You don't get fatigue from standing on a hard surface. It flexes a little bit. It's easy to clean; low maintenance. We found them because our neighbors had them. They were here when they said they would be.

Frist of all, the communication with Bill Palicki of FloorOpedics Inc. was excellent. He frequently kept me informed via email & by phone. His professionalism, follow-thru, and the quality of the work performed so far (installation of Porcelain Tile on Kitchen Floor) is exceptional. In addition, he recommended an electrician as we found-out there was an electrical problem which prevented our new Dishwasher from being installed by the company doing the delivery/installation. This electrician, like Bill, resolved our electrical problem in a timely manner. He even called me at work this morning to let me know the job was finished.
I give HIGH MARKS to FloorOpedics Inc. and highly recommend their products and customer service.
