+ 2 moreI was raised in a construction family, so I know the do's and don't of the profession. Jeremy and team always exhibited the ultimate in professionalism. Avid took pride in ensuring that the project was done correctly the first time around. The quotes were quite detailed to ensure no misunderstandings. The pricing was reasonable for the high level of craftsmanship provided. The work always was completed on time and within budget. The craftsmanship always was excellent and gained considerable compliments from both me and the neighbors. Would recommend Avid to anyone.
Description of Work: Over the years, have contracted with Avid in excess of $25k. Work included sheetrock and plastering repairs plus carpentry repairs to interior floor boards and exterior columns necessary to replace shoddy work done by the original home builder. Avid also added crown moulding throughout the home, handled plumbing repairs (toilets) and plumbing upgrades (replacing PVC with copper pipe throughout the basement and adding exterior faucets). On the painting front, Avid did my deck maintenance and exterior trim work plus interior painting (including arrangements for an interior paint color consultant to my home). Major home upgrades included high end Pella front and rear exterior door installations plus window replacement.

+ 1 moreAs I just moved into my house, I wanted the work done quickly so that my friends and relatives visiting could see my new house all spruced up. For me, finding someone easy to work with was a big deal, and Jeremy and his team provided great service and I was able to get everything completed to my expectations and before my overnight guests arrived. The holes in the cedar siding were filled, decks and porch cleaned and stained, new railings put in on the porch and stained, metal fencing around the deck, porch and front of the house, was sanded and painted, new tile added to the foyer and walls painted. They cleaned up after themselves each day.
Description of Work: I have a cedar house and garage and needed the exterior of both painted, wood repaired, my deck and porch cleaned and stained, and the foyer tiled and painted. Jeremy had good advise when I needed a second opinion for what I wanted. I received great service and all the work was done well. Jeremy was easy to work with, responded quickly to calls and the team completed the project in a timely manner.

+ -1 moreThey didn't have to do any wallpaper removal. It was pretty straightforward painting as it was painting white walls after patching and sanding over any damage on the walls. They were on time. They were very neat. We are very happy with it. They were very clean and cleaned up well after themselves and left everything very neat when they left. We are happy with all the rooms and everything came out real nice. We shopped around for the price and they were very comparable. They were very good.
Description of Work: Avid Company did patching, sanding, and painting of numerous bedrooms and hallways in our house.
