 + 2 moreWe paid him for half the job upfront ($1500). Mike put in the windows but did not wrap them properly, and then walked away and we never saw him again. From the estimate we figured he still owed us about $650 back. Our intention was to take him to small claims court. However, we learned that Mike does not have a permanent address. He moves from one girlfriends house to another. He, of course, did not respond to the notices that someone was trying to serve him papers for small claims court at the last known address we had for a girlfriend. The last known address was in Gillespie IL, We do know he has also lived in Pawnee, IL, Auburn, IL and Springfield IL. We were never able to take him to small claims court because he was agile at hiding from the process servers. So we got taken to the cleaners. If you see him, RUN AWAY!!!
Description of Work: He was contracted to put in replacement windows, wrap them with aluminum, electrical work, and housing maintenance (indoors),
