+ -1 moreIt went well. There was no problem with the final inspection by the Village of Hawthorn Woods. Mike knows well the requirements towns like mine have. I highly recommend O'Brien Custom Homes.
Description of Work: Mike O'Brien, owner, did almost a complete tear down & rebuild of my deck (1,000 square feet) and gazebo. I hired him after seeing the great work he did on a neighbor's deck. The work was done in a timely manner, especially for a rather large project. His small crew was neat and polite. He not only re-built the deck, ballusters and railings, but installed new 1/2 walls and screened in the gazebo. The only negative I have is he had to replace the gazebo door, and the new one is not to my liking. I know he was trying to save me money, but I would have preferred something more substantial than the inexpensive door he put up.
