The owner of the company Douglas Zabran promised that their prices were reasonable. All to often we feel like we're getting gouged by contractors particularly because this is a rental property now. ECC didn't disappoint. We received a detailed estimate with a breakdown of material costs and labor that was $1000 cheaper than other bids we had gotten. Once we committed to using ECC we scheduled for them to come the following Wednesday. They showed up on time for the job, explained everything they were going to do and got right to work. By Thursday evening the work was complete and looked great. We were particularly impressed by how well they covered everything while they were working and how well they cleaned up after. We've had bad experiences with contractors who have left a mess for us to clean up. I'd definitely recommend these guys for carpentry and paint projects.
