+ -1 moreMY ADVICE IS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. WE HAD TO HAVE OUR POOL COMPLETED BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR BECAUSE BILL'S POOL AND SPA WOULD NOT FINISH THE JOB. PHONE CALLS WENT UNANSWERED, VOICE MAIL BOXES WERE CONTINUALLY FULL, WORKMANSHIP WAS SUB-STANDARD, AND WAS NOT PERFORMED TO CODE IN SOME SITUATIONS. WE FEEL THE COMPANY OUTRIGHT LIED TO US REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT. WE SIGNED A CONTRACT TO INSTALL THE POOL APRIL 2003, GROUND WASN'T BROKEN UNTIL OCTOBER 2003 AND WE FINALLY TERMINATED OUR CONTRACT IN MAY 2004 AND COMPLETED THE JOB WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I CANNOT CAUTION ANYONE ENOUGH. THEY CAME IN WITH A GOOD BID, BUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO FOLLOW-THROUGH, PROFESSIONALISM OR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
