He came out and started working on the deck. Then he never came back to finish. We tracked him down and he said he did not the money to purchase the rest of the materials. We bought the materials and had it shipped to our home. He came back and started to do the rest of the job and did not show up again. We finally got ahold of him again and he sent two inexperienced workers. They started to put up the railing and then did not come back to finish the job. We found that they had installed the bottom railing incorrectly.

Freedom Siding started our job in September 2009. It is now June 2010 and isn't finished. The front porch remains unfinished, gutters on the ground, no railings, etc. We've been calling Skip since March 2010. He either doesn't call us back, or leaves messages full of excuses why he can't get to our house. He's also said he would be there several times to work on our house but never shows or calls. We are preparing to file a complaint with the State Attorney's office to get our materials we've paid for and find another company to finish the work. We also gave him a list of problems with the job to date that needs fixed that he hasn't attended to despite his claim to "quality" and "guaranteed" work.
