Siding Service
He was slow in getting the work done. It was late November and he did not show up on the nice days and when it was really cold, he was there working. I wanted to see the wood on one side of the house when he removed the siding, but he had the new up before I could look at the wood. I was worried about water damage.
When he was done, I thought it looked great until the siding started coming down. I found places when he did not put finish strip all the way across and when he did install it he did not crimp the siding, so it would hold. He came back once and fixed some, but I got tired of calling him.
A couple of years later I realized I had damage to the wood that he never let me see and I called another contractor. He had a lot of work to do and removed all the siding on one portion of my house. He stated this was the worse job he had ever seen of siding that was installed. As it turned out Brent only put nails in to hold the siding every 14-16 slots instead of about every 5-6 like most people do. Other places he never nailed into a stud.
I would never recommend him to do anything for anyone. There are still places where the siding is falling down. This is sections that were not redone by the second contractor.
