Thompson's Plumbing & Heating

I've called Thompson Plumbing before for a flooded basement and a floor drain that was clogged. It was right after a very heavy rainfall and the owner (Tim) managed to come here the same day and pull the tree roots out to unclog the drain and let my standing water recede.
This time I had a small bottle top lodged in a sink. As always, Tim was professional and arrived the same day. He fixed not only the clog, but other minor issues with the sink (very old house). On both service calls, Tim went above and beyond in answering questions and offering solutions. I feel he is very knowledgeable and does a great job.

I have been using Thompson's Plumbing and Heating for years. It's a small operation. I usually get the owner himself but sometimes I get somebody else working with him although lately it's been the owner himself. He does good work. I think his prices are in line with what I could expect in other places. He is professionally knowledgeable and I trust his work. He is a pretty good plumber.
