Contacted Swanson for a bid on windows, siding, doors, and general construction after reviewing Angie's List reviews, BBB page, and local reviews. Only contacted top-rated contractors in the local area, and Swanson's prices and product quality were right in line with the other bids we received.
We did choose Swanson to perform the door and general contstruction work on our home reno. This includes the installation of three exterior doors and creating a new single-car garage door opening where only a service door existed before.
The only reasons we did not end up choosing them for the window and siding job are (1) another company's windows were the best we have ever seen, and (2) that same company offered an unbeatable price for the siding product we wanted as a package deal. Despite ending up choosing another company for the windows and siding job, we were impressed with Swansons prior work, products, and prices.
His construction work and door installation was excellent and done in a timely fashion.
We will definately have them bid on other reno work in the future.
