The lack of communication is UNREAL! We were told our original closing date was obtainable and it wasn't. It was one excuse after another and what was supposed to be a month long closing took three months. If you enjoy high blood pressure and chest pains this outfit is for you!

I got the best rate I've ever had with them and I've been a homeowner for 30 years! I have a 3.5% internet rate with them. The lowest I had before that was 3.7%. They must have done some thorough research to get me that. They are great! It's a family-oriented business. They got be the best rate and I didn't have the best credit score in the world either. I would reach out to them regarding any major purchase in the future.

I think that the cost of the service was pretty standard across the industry. It did not seem to be too expensive or anything like that. I had no issues with their service at all and my interactions with them have been excellent. Everything turned out fine in the end. I am not sure what their price should be or what it should not be but it was acceptable to me.

Dan walked me hand and hand going through the process of my home shopping experience. I was always able to get a hold of him if I needed anything. The communication was great!  His team was also great to work with as well. Unfortunately, it didn't go that far because the house inspection wasn't to my liking. It was my personal opinion on if I wanted the house. I would recommend Premier Financial to anyone for an easy, smooth close.

My fiance and I were in the market to purchase a home.  I had a real estate agent but no mortgage company in mind to work on securing the loan.  After several attempts to try and work with my own bank's mortgage brokers, I could never even receive a callback from them to initiate the process!  Fortunately, my agent had worked with Dan Frio on a previous contract and she recommended that I contact him for my situation.  Within hours, I was receiving a call back from Premier and the process had begun.

Throughout the entire experience with securing the loan for this property (which was a foreclosure), Dan and the entire team at Premier were more than diligent and honest with how the process was proceeding.  They informed me quickly when I needed to produce documentation as requested by the lender, prompt on replying to my plethora of questions, complaints, and compliments regarding the seller and lender; believe me, I'm quite sure they were growing tired of my constant calling...but not once was I ever ignored or brushed off with a pacifying response.

More importantly, Dan was able to secure my loan during the government shutdown time frame.  Even though our close was pushed back due to the shutdown, he was able to circumnavigate the validation process by utilizing manual methods to obtain the information and necessary verifications to schedule our close.  

Once again, Dan and the entire team at Premier did an outstanding job working with me to obtain my mortgage and has remained in touch to check on my situation to see if I needed any additional support.  And yes, I have already recommended him to several people and they are also singing the praises of Premier.
