Don't use this home inspector!!! We have had many expensive repairs to our 12 year old home. Many issues were overlooked by this home inspector. I really hope someone is saved some heartache we've experienced just by reading this review. This is the 4th home we've owned, so we're not new to home buying process. Today we replaced the furnace because it had water damage not disclosed from the previous owners, but should have been easily found by a good home inspector. I know we wouldn't have purchased this home had we had a good honest report from a good honest home inspector.
