 + -1 moreOur 1 year service warranty was almost expired and we had some concerns about the quality of work from the contractor so we asked Joe to inspect our house. Not only was Joe very friendly but also very knowledgeable in regards to home construction. Knowing that money was a concern for us he gave us a great deal!! His work ethic showed even more after the job when I emailed him multiple questions about things not even in his inspection and he still answered promptly.. Thank you Joe!!!
