MJ House cleaning

I contacted this service to inquire about a regular weekly cleaning.
Two women came out and walked through the house. They said they would
call with an estimate and a start date within 24 hours -- but they
never called. I waited several days and called them back, to see what
was going on and they never returned my call. Very unprofessional.

They come twice a month. They do general cleaning. They dust everything, scrub the floors, vacuum and clean the patio door windows. They are in and out very quickly. The woman who owns it used to have a couple of women come in but because of the economy it is her mom and daughter now. They are very quick with everything. They come in and I know what they are going to be doing. They are in and out with in a couple of hours. If I am not here I can trust them to come in and do the same kind of work. If I need them to change the day they are always willing to fit me in. I will continue to use them.

She was recommended by a friend. It's a small out of the home business. Her name is Joanna Tracz. She is very good. She has a couple of women who come in and clean so it's not just her by herself doing it. The work gets done a lot faster that way. The price she charges is for cleaning three floors. I think it is a pretty good price. I haven't compared her to anybody. I am happy with her. Her responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism are good.
