I went to the Geneva store to look for a fixture. The store has a lot of fixtures in the showroom. However, my condo is contemporary and the showroom has more traditional fixtures fitting in with the needs of the local community. Since they didn't have a lighting fixture on site that met my needs, the store person gave me some contemporary catelogs to look at fixtures. I found one that I liked that could be ordered in several forms, sconces, semi-mount etc. I asked her to order a chandelier and I paid in full. The order came as expected 2-3 weeks later. However, when I picked it up and got it home, I found it was a ceiling mounted dome fixture and not a chandelier at all. I took the fixture back and was told they would be deducting a 20% stocking fee. First of all, it was the store person's mistake to order a dome fixture instead of a chandelier. Second, I was never told about a restocking fee or I would have been more cautious and gone to a contemporary lighting fixture store before order. Beware of ordering lighting fixtures from this store.
