 + -1 moreFlowers were ordered for my son's fiancee to be delivered on Valentine's day between 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM. When the flowers hadn't arrived by 4:00 he called and was told they were on the truck and out for delivery. They never arrived. He went into JBL Jacobsen the next day to get a refund and express his dissatisfaction with the service and told them he would not be considering them for their wedding flowers. The man at the counter did refund his money and told my son he was so busy he didn't need any referrals. Not the type of attitude one would expect from a company who's website states "Your Satisfaction is Our #1 Concern" and "Committed to quality and service" !
Description of Work: Roses to be delivered on Valentine's day that never arrived.
