I was rather impressed because they asked what you wanted and etc... and then referred you to different ones that would fill the bill, let you look at them, answered all the questions that I had and stuff and then we took care of it.

We have narrow doors in this house and without realizing it, I had bought a bigger washer and dryer than I had, had and we had to take trim strips off, the doors off but they kept at it until they got those suckers downstairs into the basement.
