+ -1 moreFamily owned and run business and during the coarse of our job, I spoke to all three; and they could not have been nicer. Mary gave me the estimate over the phone and son Ian arrived on time and did a fabulous job of cleaning the drapes, cornice and a large fabric roller shade. My husband was at the house while Ian did the cleaning and could not stop complimenting him to me. Ian also informed him of other services they provide; if you're having the whole house painted, floors re-sanded or stained, they will take down your window coverings, (clean them if needed), store them till the job is done, then rehang them. What a great idea and one less thing to move and store on your own. We recommend them without hesitation and will most definitely use them in the future!

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE CAME LATE AND UNPREPARED FOR OUR INITIAL MEETING AND DID NOT INSTALL THE DRAPERIES AT OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT AS I HAD REQUESTED. ALSO DID NOT RESPOND TO REQUESTS FOR A WRITTEN RECEIPT FOR THIS JOB OR AN ESTIMATE FOR A LARGER JOB. WHEN HE FINALLY RETURNED TO INSTALL THE DRAPES, HE WAS FAST, ACCURATE AND VERY GOOD AT FINDING SOLUTIONS TO A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS. WE ENDED UP WITH A GREAT LOOKING FINISHED PRODUCT!
