They answered their phone right away and delivered the very next day. The guys were very neat and left the area very clean. They were great. They also had a divider in their truck and were able to deliver my neighbors mulch as well.

Prompt and pleasant...

How much I spent is a rough estimate... truly can't remember now. but my heart ratings are based on them being where I needed them when I needed them. I was driving home at night, neeced firewood, and there was their convenient hut. they were closed, but operated on an honor system. got my wood, left some cash. the wood was good quality, too. Will do again when in a pinch!

I contacted them on Friday and they were able to deliver my order the following day.  They said they would deliver between 8 and 10am and they were at my house at 8:10.  
Received free delivery and a $2/yard discount for ordering more than 10 yards.
Delivered exactly where I wanted it even though there was a basketball hoop partially blocking their access.  Very happy with the quality of the mulch and especially that it doesn't have the horrible smell that some of the mulches around my neighborhood have.

I called them on a Saturday mid morning to inquire about pricing for mulch.  I SEVERELY underestimated the amount it would take to put around the flower beds in our yard.  We purchased a foreclosure, and like many things, the last residents had completely ignored the landscaping for years.  As a result, it looked like something out of Jurassic park and required a large volume of mulch to help prevent weed reoccurrance after it was all sprayed with weed and grass killer.
When they quoted the price, I was amazed at how much cheaper it was than the typical home improvement stores, even with the delivery charge.  As I mentioned before, I made the mistake of purchasing bags of mulch from the home improvement store and it was virtually indistinguishable from the dyed brown mulch I purchased from Geneva Firewood, with the exception of the price.  I purchased 5 cubic yards, and while I still drastically underestimated the amount I needed, I will absolutely call these guys for the next delivery as well.  They were able to deliver same day as I called and were right on time.  Very pleased.

I picked up a flyer one day when I was driving by.  The person I spoke with was helpful and courteous.  I called to have firewood delivered.  The arrived exactly when they said they would and put the firewood where I asked them to.  The firewood was long burning and great smelling.

I’ve been using their services for the last fifteen years. I don’t remember how much I pay them every year. Their price is pretty reasonable. I know the wood they get me is exactly the kind of wood that I want which is usually hickory wood. They are prompt. They deliver the wood probably within forty eight hours of my calling. I would use their services again in the future.

Delivery an prompmess were fine but the quality of the wood was poor. The wood did not have nuch heart wood. The pieces mostly had thick bark on them. The wood was damp it sizzled and popped whem burned.

They deliver with no complaints. They stack it and were here when they said they would be. They are easy to work with.

They delivered when they said they were going to.

Delivery was one the day promised. Mulch was placed as requested. We really appreciated the quality of the mulch. It had a nice deep rich dirt look to it (our preference) There were no contaminents (rocks, weed seeds ) in the 4 yds delivered. There was a 4 yd min. I only thought we would need 3 but we used every bit. I later discovered a math error in the bill after it was paid. One call and it was quickly refunded. We will use them again this year, 2010.

Orderd on 4/7 and delivered on 4/8 right on time and in the right spot on the driveway even though I was not home.

Excellent folks, very highly recommended. I ordered one day and they delivered the next. I gave them a small drawing of the driveway with an ''X'' where I wanted the mulch placed. They put it right where I wanted it. They guarantee that they will match any local price for the same product. I have used this service for the past several years and could not be more pleased.

We obtained mulch prices and samples from at least five sources. This was one of the better prices and in our estimation the best premium hardwood mulch.

TOM WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THE TYPE OF WOOD I NEEDED. THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF WOOD WAS GREAT. I ORDERED 4 FACE CORDS OF OAK.

TOM WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE AND PUT EVERYTHING WHERE I WANTED IT.
