What a great company to do business with! I'll tell you upfront (and they will most likely confirm), Klemm will probably not be the low bidder. But if you want a complete inspection of your current roof (not just a price developed from a satellite photo) and an honest recommendation as to whether you even need your shingles to be replaced, use of top quality materials, work done with their own crews and a thorough cleanup, you can't do better than G. Klemm Roofing. Those things, to me, were worth the extra money. Enthusiastically recommend.

Klemm roofing proved to be the most professional, responsive, and knowledgeable roofer I have ever dealt with. The work performed involved a leak situation which is always difficult to locate, the job was successfully completed in a very timely manner.

Gerry took a look at the chimney a few weeks in advance. We were called the day before the work was done and the technician, Isidro, arrived promptly at the expected time. The work took approximately three hours. Though we were at home, Isidro understood what needed to be done and proceeded quickly. He provided all parts and equipment. He cleaned up carefully when the work was finished.

It was a free estimate. The estimate was too high. The process was easy enough. I wasn't here when they did it. I would not use them again, it was too high of a price.

"Not sure I understand this review. My records show that we gave you a quote to do a repair on your house on 9/29/2016. Almost one year ago. We did NO work for you. You rated us an A on Quality, Punctuality, Professionalism and Responsiveness and a B on Price and yet you give us a C rating. I have to assume that you used someone else to do the work. We price our work based on the cost of the materials, how much labor is involved and how much is needed to cover our overhead on a given job. Occasionally we even like to make a profit. We are seldom the lowest bidder and rarely the highest. We gave you what we considered a fair price. I'm sure that you could find a cheaper quote. But you won't find a better company to do the work. After we finish a job we review our numbers and it is not uncommon for us to bill less than quoted. If we had actually done the work for you we would have been fair and honest in billing. I'll put this on the list of "Things To Worry About Tomorrow""

Awesome! We live very close by so Gerry came same day to review and quote. Work was done very professionally. Our existing shingles are no longer made, but they found a very close match and you can't even tell a repair was made. All scrap was removed with no evidence of them being here. We have had numerous storms since completion and no more leak issues.

The entire experience was seamless. The crew was excellent, hard working and professional. They tarped all outside areas and made a very messy job relatively clean. They completely cleaned up around the house after they were finished. I was quoted a two day job and that is exactly what it took. The evening when the job was completed, a large thunderstorm rolled through around midnight. No leaks!

Super job. Prompt, professional, no issues at all. Guaranteed work for three years. Other providers indicated that whole roof would need to be repaired -- expensive tasks. Gerry was able to take care of the issue in a much more efficient manner. Would use again -- very happy with service.

everything, because thunderstorms were forecast for the following day. They returned to finish the job the
next day. The workers were friendly, polite and careful not to damage a flower bed in front of the
house. The final price was higher than the estimate, because of all the new plywood required, but it
was worth it. The roof looks great and no more worries about leaks.

I always write my proposals as a not to exceed amount and am sometimes able to bill for less than quoted. I highly recommend G. Klemm Roofing. They returned my call the same morning I left the message. My roof issue was not an emergency so I asked them to fit me in whenever they could. Within about a week I got another call and Steve came out and fixed the problems. From start to finish, Steve was very professional. He called to give me an idea of what time he'd be to my home and called again when he was en route providing me with an eta. When he arrived he was very friendly and professional - introduced himself, gave me a business card; just a genuinely nice guy! While walking around the roof he narrated how he determined what the issues were and how he was going to fix them. Steve told me the cost to do both repairs and when he finished he even lowered the price because he said it didn't take as long as he originally thought. Steve also provided information on the cost to replace the gas water heater chimney/vent (it's 40+ years old and hideous-looking). Although I chose the option of
just fixing the leak on the chimney vent, I will certainly use them when I get around to replacing it and I certainly will use them for any other roofing issues I have in the future.
