The roof was completed in July. Completion was on time and they were punctual and price was competitive. They showed me business license and that they are also insured. I chose them bec their price was median based on the estimate I have received from other roofers. Then we had the big storm in mid August where in water started leaking by the furnace. I was advised that it might just have been the strong winds from all directions that pushed the water inside. And they maybe right but I called Shawn that I need them to check right away. His response was they will come asap. This was Aug 12 and today is Sept 1. It is the reason why I waited this long to provide review bec I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a misunderstanding. Other roofers I got an estimate from have a 5 yr warranty on labor and lifetime on shingles. I didn't realize they don't. They are nice people but the follow thru after they get paid is not there. They are a one time deal and I want to be able to rely that they stand behind their work. I will not recommend. This review is only for the roof done.

We met and we just wanted our basement remodeled. Shawn is the main contractor and did the walk through with us and had great ideas. Shawn said he would start working on the numbers and get back to us within one week . Shawn called us one week later and e-mailed us a full detailed estimate with material and he also sent us 3D drawings of what our basement would look like with different scenarios. We chose one and agreed on dates to start . He wrote up a contract and we gave him 50% up front for material and he started a week later. Shawn had the whole basement framed up within 48 hours of the material getting dropped off and then once electrical was in he had it drywall-ed and painted. We also had him spray the ceiling black which turned out great. It was all finished in fifteen days .We then started talking to him about a new kitchen and he gave us some ideas and we went through his cabinet people. Shawn knocked out our kitchen in 8 days and it turned out beautiful. They did it perfect so there was really only 2 days we couldn't use our kitchen for framing and base cabinet installation. We went to mexico for a week and just left Shawn the keys so when we returned he had not already finished but had everything cleaned. I highly recommend this guy and his team, they have great work ethic and reasonable prices but most of all were honest.
