He worked on one right away because I wanted to take it on a trip. The other one was ready the next week. He also gave me an old case since mine had been in water 3 different times

They knew what they were doing when they repaired my machine. I was impressed with his knowledge, he knew the sewing machine inside and out. I trusted that with their knowledge my machine would be handled in a good way.
