THEY DIDN'T CONFIRM OUR SCHEDULED TIME THE 1ST APPOINTMENT, AND THEY DIDN'T INFORM US ABOUT A TIME WINDOW BEING SCHEDULED THE 2ND TIME, NOT A SPECIFIC APPOINTMENT TIME, BUT THEY KEPT WORKING WITH US TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND DID THE TUNING FOR FREE BECAUSE OF THE TROUBLE WE HAD. THE TUNER WHO CAME TO OUR HOUSE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
