Jeff was actually early for the appointment, waiting in his car outside. I asked him if he wanted to get started and he explained the procedure, and went right to work! He did a very thorough job inside and out. The price was competitive and the report was detailed. He was able to fit me in, during a time when the market was very busy, and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend again!
