TRI-CO INSURANCE SVC

This agency and insurance company have covered two accidents I was in. In the first one I was rear-ended, the ticket was issued to the other party and the claims agent made sure everything went so smoothly I couldn't believe it. They towed the car, made sure I had a rental car while my car was being repaired, and checked with me during and after the process to make sure everything was going well and was to my satisfaction.

The second accident was the result of a roadside call from AAA. The guy who came out to help me looked under the hood but didn't close it so it latched. When I got up to speed on the highway, the hood flew up and smashed my windshield (scaring me half to death). When I called my auto insurance claims adjustor, they told me to go ahead and get the windshield fixed. Since I was not in the area where I live, I had only the windshield fixed there and then drove home. They sent someone to look the car over and checked it very carefully to make sure all the damage was repaired, including replacing the hood. Again, they made sure I had a rental car and that the work went smoothly and quickly.  I had to pay the deductible, but the insurance company followed up and took the case to mediation, where they prevailed. Then they sent me my deductible check right away. No fuss, no premium increase. I can't say enough about how good their service has been.
