He is a really nice guy and easy to work with and willing to help with more that just one project. He is alot quicker at getting to your project and getting the project done than the other quotes I received.

Currently the jobs are in process, however, in the time has spent working so far, Shawn has been exceptional in his service and skills. I will update as progress proceeds, however, I have no doubt my opinion will not change.

We hired Minnaert Excavating to repair and stain a 12’ X 12’ deck at my Mom’s house. The deck was previously painted and was weather-beaten and damaged. This contractor was prompt with the initial call, showed up when scheduled for estimate - furnished estimate promptly - showed up for the job when he said he would (BIG PLUS). Even offered suggestions which made perfect sense on some design/rebuild ideas and started the project in a timely fashion!!! Would recommend this contractor and his work ethic to ALL
