We have been working with since about July of 2013. We are first time home builders and Jeremy has made it very easy for us. He has answered every question thoroughly and professionally(without laughing). He explain how the process will work and that we should take baby steps and keep smiling.He is working with us to try to cut cost wherever we can since it was higher then we had planned. We are very satisfied so far.
