I have found that going to the store very helpfully when i have time to go there.  That would be the only problem with them is there is not a store in Burlington.  I just prefer to actual go to a store over ordering the item.  The thing i like about them the most at the store is the broken or returned items they have on clearance.  As a starving artist this helps a lot.  The only thing that they are missing from the store is staind glass and staind glass tools.

Great at first. Then more and more damaged products started showing up over the course of many orders. I spoke to customer service several times, making suggestions for how to pack them for shipping without damaging the more fragile products. One of their representatives tried to get the problem corrected and some items arrived in good condition. However, when I received the next order there was more damage (again items were packed poorly). Two of their customer service representatives were rude to me as well when I tried to address another issue with them.
