This so called project took 5 months and was never completed by Ascott Construction, I sold my building for $25.000.00 dollars less, so the new owner could afford to finish the rest of the apartments. I brought up some other reputable contractors to look at what Ascott Construction had done and not finished, everyone of them said they would go to court with me. Make sure you get a written estimate, not I'll charge you less because it's winter and we get to work inside. Always get a written estimate.
