Revamp Fence and Deck

I was told to mark where my inground sprinkler system heads are and I did with red flags. They still damaged two heads and a water line. They also had issues with ComEd as they damaged a line that was marked where it was. I sent them photos of my damaged heads and the repair bill of $225.00 that they said they would pay. No check yet, I was told it was sent and still no check. It must be coming from another country via rowboat. I had many conversations with them and I can?t get a factual response. This issue is a joke and I have told my neighbors who want a fence like mine to look for another fence contractor.

Revamp Fence is an TSR company, I close to 300 LF of fence installed with two gates. One 4ft and one double 36. They take care of the permit. Prior to them getting the permit they scheduled 3 installation appointments. So I took off the 3 days and every appointment got cancelled. Thats three days of pay I lost. Also when the installation came the installer asked if I wanted the double gate on the most level part of the ground. Umm yes I do. The gates are the last thing they did. So when all was done I was unhappy with the double gate. The installer pounded down one side. Said that is the best he could do. Called a couple weeks later to get gate moved. They want over $900. Kevin was the sales rep. I cant get him to come over to see what I am looking at. Pictures do not show what I am seeing. Typical sales person. They got paid $16.500. I will not recommend this TSR company to anyone.
