I paid Donnie Robertson of Reliable Construction in Freeport, Illinois, $2700.00 of a 4k bid to take down a fence, buy fence materials for the new fence and install the fence. He took the fence down and did nothing else. He made excuse after excuse and I never got my money back. Bottom line, he STOLE my MONEY. Please beware of this. Now I have to take him to small claims.
