Serviceman was nice but when I called the office to complain the man was maniacal, SCREAMING at me. He certainly needs to learn how to treat customers along with some anger management sessions.

"Miss [Member Name Removed]'s complaint stemmed from her perception that she was overcharged on a service call, after making payment. I attempted to explain how our flat rate charge system works, and inform her of all the items that impact the overall price( inventory management, insurance, technician training, etc). . The flat rate system we use ensures every customer is billed the same for similar work, and ensures uniformity with our nine technicians. Jansen Heating works hard to maintain a high level of integrity and quality service. I was the person who fielded Miss [Member Name Removed] call, and it was handled in a low key, explanatory manner. It is unfortunate that she did not like my answer. Jeff Wagner, Jansen Heating."

Awesome! Jeff made arrangements to come out after hours to give us a bid/quote. Did not expect that kind of service right from the start. Answered all of our questions, offered a suggestion for a room in our house that did not get much air flow, and sold us what we needed for our house--not a unit we did not need. From start to finish, very professional, quick installation, good price.

They did a very nice job. They installed a new air conditioning unit for us in the past. They were very efficient and effective. They had good recommendations for the unit. I have called them in the past for a service issue. They came promptly and fixed the problem. We had looked at other alternatives but picked these folks to take care of us. We have an annual contract with them and they just called to see when would be a convenient time to take care of that. They take the responsibility to call us and schedule that.
