Dave converted my carport into a two car garage. It was one of the best upgrades to our house. He did it on time and on budget. The best part is he took care of everything, including working with our HOA. I also had him replace our fence. Highly recommend.

Dave did a room addition and converted my carport into a two-car garage, all within HOA rules. He has also performed a variety of household repairs over the years. Each time, Dave did excellent work and was a pleasure to work with. He has vast expertise, is very honest, and charges reasonable prices. Dave is a wonderful person.

Dave is a very nice man, but I wasn't very happy with his work. The work itself in general was okay. He did some painting that wasn't so good, but he doesn't really look at the details. He sometimes runs in and takes care of things later. He got into some trouble with the condo association and the thing that bothered me the most about it was that he didn't tell me the truth about it until I talked to them. He is a little careless with some of the things that he does. Some of his workmen broke the toilet while removing the bathtub and then glued it up, but nobody informed me about it. I happened to notice it after the work was done. So, he had to come out and replace the toilet. I wasn't happy about the work done, as they messed up the floor. He was really responsive in the beginning and he really went on to being non responsive at the end. His punctuality was good and I probably wouldn't use his services again.

"I'm sorry it took this long to respond to this review. I didnt realize i had this review. I enjoyed working with [member name removed]. The finances and preliminary discussions were straight forward. I did some demolition, painting and shower remodel for her rental condo. Though there was issues with the shower. When all was said and done, [member name removed] had issues with paint color and quality, and the added unseen adversity with the shower, that cost more than I bid. It felt unfair because she said i could pick the color, just an off white, which i chose ivory. The quality of all the work was excellent. I felt there was adversity and that [member name removed] chose to manipulate me and say I had problems coming and going. I was there every day. My hired painter that helped me, washed out his brushes in the driveway. I stopped him halfway through, when i saw it happen. An apprentice broke a piece of an installed toilet, fixed it haphazardly, and didnt tell me. I fixed it for free when [member name removed]told me about it. Very unfortunate. I took responsibility"
