Could not have gone any better, with Jolene taking care of the flooring I was able to concentrate on other parts of the remodel.

They sold and installed three rooms of carpeting. Im mostly satisfied. I feel there was more leftover carpet than there should have been. Also, salesperson did not let installers know they needed to move furniture-which delayed the start and caused it to become a 2day vs one day job. Installers were extremely friendlyand courteous and they did a really nice thorough job.

Our previous house sold and we had two weeks to move out. We wanted the carpet replaced before moving in. Job was done the same week.

They measured, called with price, ordered, & installed all in a timely & professional manner. They even called me to let me know there was a sale on my shades. They are a pleasure to do business with!

She was knowledgeable, got back to me by email or phone, never tired of our questions, and explained everything well.

Jen was courteous & friendly when I met her at the store. Listened to my wants & needs, then helped me with options. Jen came out later to measure the room. Once we decided on carpet, Jen scheduled install. Crew was excellent. Jen followed up by phone & writing. Awesome experience throughout the entire process.

Boss Carpet One did a great job installing our carpet and hardwood on a tight schedule.  Joleen did a great job coordinating and scheduling to make sure everything went as planned.  It was a pleasure working with the entire crew!  My husband and I would highly recommend working with them again in the future.
