It has been great. The grass has never greener and in better shape in the last four years. They've been really good to me.

My husband and I went on a vacation for 3 1/2 weeks during the summer and were unable to maintain the lawn. Unfortunately, the teenager we paid to do it only stopped by once. Therefore, our lawn was overgrown. So much so that we had a notice from our township on the door when we arrived home. We needed immediate (next day service) and Paradise was able to deliver. They were not the first company we called, but we were glad we did. On my first call with them, I spoke with a pleasant lady who asked for my address, she then used our lot information from Google Earth to give me a rough estimate. This was great because then I didn't have to wait to make an appointment for it. She was able to get people to our house that afternoon. They verified the price and got the job down right them. I believe this is a "Mom and Pop" business that has been able to grow a little due to their customer service and urgency.

I continue to be impressed with the work of Paradise Lawns. They come and cut my grass, edge and clean up twice a month and do an exceptional job. I come home and my grass looks perfect and you can't tell they were there. All the grass is cleaned up and they leave my place immaculate. I have a fairly large yard (1/3 acre) and the price they charge is amazing. I don't see how they make money! I am also impressed with their customer service. They called me this week to ASK me if I needed my grass cut because we haven't had much rain, so maybe it didn't need to be cut. They are right of course, but I am impressed that they just didn't come out as scheduled regardless just to collect their money. I appreciate the attention to detail and the customer first attitude this business has and I recommend them to anyone. I am in the military and I know that when I move and rent my house out, I will include their services with the rent because I know they will ensure that my yard continues to look perfect while I am away!
