Bi-State Termite & Pest Control

Bi-State has been our provider of choice to inspect and treat our home for various pests over the past 9 years.  We have a triennial service agreement with them, so they come out 3 times a year.   I have been very pleased with the effectiveness of the treatments used in and around our home.   Seasons change and we've had a couple of problems with ants and spiders over the years, but the team at Bi-State have always been very responsive and have resolved the issue quickly.  Their prices are very reasonable for the services provided.  Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and very professional.

They are very responsive to any of our needs. If we identify what we need, they will make sure that it gets treated whether it is a spider, ant or other critters and other pests that we don’t like around our property.  So they cater to the needs of the home owner.  They don’t just do a generic one size fits all plan.  They are professional and they do usually ask questions even though we may speak to somebody that makes the scheduled appointment.  When they come out they actually ask questions to get additional information to make the adjustments when they are onsite.  They are always on time.   When they say they are going to be here they will definitely be here.  They will give us a window and they call.  I am very happy with them. Their prices are fair and comparatively priced with other vendors that do the same service.

I had a termite inspection done on a property I am interested in purchasing. The inspector was very professional and friendly and gave me good info. on dealing with common insect problems. I felt it was a thorough inspection and it was very reasonably priced. They were recommended me to me by others. They were about 45 minutes late, but it was okay because the experience overall was very good.

Thorough and effective. Came right away. Great to work with. Good price.

The previous owners of our home had used them as well. I checked Angie's List to get a feel for some of the companies in the area and decided to stick with them since they already had the house records and were familiar with the previous treatments. They were able to get someone out here pretty quickly. Based on my experience I'd say they have a good hold on the problem. The employee was very thorough and informative. He told us exactly what to do, what to expect, the precautions, etc. The fog did smell for a while so we kept the basement (where the treatment was) closed. A few weeks later I'd sweep piles of dead ants and there would also be wobbly ants around like they were just being affected. I didn't feel like the price was excessive, though I don't have a lot to compare it to and I didn't have any problems with any part of the service either. I plan to stick with them in the future unless an issue of some sort comes up.

I had hired this company last year prior to closing on our new home. They found termites during the pre-purchase inspection. The previous owner contracted with them to perform the work to treat the property. This year I received a letter from them reminding me that the annual inspection was due. The exterminator/inspector that came out was very professional. He explained the inspection process prior to beginning, and allowed us to join him during the process both inside and outside our home. He was knowledgeable, and was able to answer our questions regarding several areas that we were worried about (NO termites thank goodness!) Included in the price was a treatment that lasts approximately 40 days for several other pests, such as beetles, spiders. I am very happy with the work.

THEY TOLD US THAT WE WERE SCHEDULED SOME WHERE BETWEEN 2-4P.M. THE TWO MEN WERE HERE AT 1:30P.M. THEY WERE EARLY, DONE WITHIN 15 MINUTES, AND THEY DIDN'T SEE ANY TERMITES!!
