It was the worst experience ever. I still have holes in my carpet, the steps look terrible, and the seams are coming apart. I have been through a nightmare with this company. I have had two carpet inspectors look at the carpet and try to fix it. The company sent someone out three times and the seam just came apart again this week. It has been a terrible nightmare. I am at the point that I do not know what to do next. All I know is that I am afraid to run the vacuum on any seam.

It was the worst experience I have ever had with an installer. My steps look terrible, and the carpet seams are coming apart. I have had someone come back four times and things are still not correct. There were holes left at the baseboard. I had two carpet inspectors come out and told me to have them come back and make repairs. Things are still not right and I have started using craft glue on some holes. I would never have anyone use this company. They should have replaced the whole carpet. I love the color and what I picked out, but they kept telling me it was the style of carpet and it could not be installed without holes. Really? A carpet that cannot be installed without holes????

The owner, sales people, and installers all were very professional and courteous. Heads-up for customers having new vinyl laid: If new plywood underlayment is involved, be ready for much powdery wood dust. This is not a hit on A&H: They advised us up front of the unavoidable dust; however, we forgot to cover areas we wished we would have. Perhaps have work done in warm weather so some sawing can be done outdoors. Bottom line: excellent service and products from A&H.

We are purchasing a home and need to replace most of the carpet in the house. I received an estimate from this company as well as Lowe's. A & H was far superior to Lowes in professionalism and customer service. The estimate also came in under Lowe's. This is a locally owned business. The owner came to do the measurements in the house and had an estimate ready a couple of days later. Everyone at the store has been very friendly, very helpful. They have happily answered all our questions and I have never felt pressured in any way. This has been a very good experience and we plan to have them install the carpet as soon as we close on the house.
