TOWN & COUNTRY DRAPERY INSTALL

The installer, Jeff, was punctual and professional and did a great job.  I was referred to T&C by the drapery manufacturer, The Shade Store. (TSS first referred me to another company who installed one set of drapes but they wouldn't steam them as a part of the installation. The wrinkly drapes looked terrible, so TSS sent T&C out to steam that first set of drapes.  Once T&C was done, the drapes look like the million bucks I paid for them!)  With T&C, steaming was included in what I thought was a good price for installation.  I have one more set of drapes to install and I will definitely call on T&C for that. 

I can understand the reviewer who was concerned about communication with the head office.  Although I never spoke to them on the phone, I did find email communication terse and somewhat lacking in the professional appearance I would've expected.  Don't let that stop you from hiring T&C, though.  Especially if you get Jeff as your installer, I think you'll be happy you did!

Everything went well.  The installation was quick and the service person had years of experience with both Smith and Noble products, as well as products from "big box" home improvement retailers.  I am very pleased with the measuring and ordering process.

I was referred to Town & Country by the window treatment manufacturer.  They provided me with a quote over the phone/ via email. There quote was in line with another I had received. I was able to get an appointment for the installation within a week.  Bob arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled time.  He was very professional and personable.  We walked through the treatments to be hung, confirming the installation locations, details.  He worked promptly & neatly.  He installed various treatments on drywall, plaster & stone surfaces with no trouble. I was very happy with the work performed.  I will use them again & would recommend them to friends or clients.
