From the start, Marco was very responsive, personable, and even showed up to the appointment early. His work was very thorough and his turnaround time with the report was incredibly quick. He also gave us recommendations for the work that needed to be fixed. We would hire Marco again in a heartbeat.

Marco was friendly and professional. He didn’t let the light rain interfere with completing a full inspection. He even arrived early. I was glad he was able to check questionable areas for moisture and do thermal imaging to double-check. I also appreciated the reference book and online reporting tool that made it easy to share my repair requests with my team.

I wish I could rate their services an A+ ! The home inspector, Marco was very polite and professional from beginning to the end. He responded to my online request promptly. Although, I needed his services short notice, he was able to fit me in his schedule. During the home inspection he was very thorough, knowledgeable and patient with our questions and concerns.
