Service has been good. I've been using them for 25 years. I trust him. If something doesn't work right, I call him and they come right out.
They might be delayed if they are really really busy but they come when they say they will.

I woke up on Sunday morning (11/4/2012) and the temperature in the house was 55 degrees. I called Metropolitan Heating which has handled my furnace since 2006 and explained the situation. I had this problem once before in December 2008. Ken called me back soon after and said he would come over in about a half hour. Fortunately, he had a replacement part and fixed the furnace. He usually cleans and inspects my furnace so I know him and know he does a good job. The house was warm again in no time.

They were terrific. They were clean and they cleaned up their whole mess. They left the place nicer than when they arrived. They were nice and were very good at communicating. They were great.
