This company, headed by Husein Causevic, is a most unprofessional, incompetent, unethical company with which to do business. Do NOT use them for anything. We contracted them to re-do our deck on the top floor of our house two years ago and roof area beneath the deck, including replacing the drain. It turned out that he did such a shoddy job that we began having leaks in the ceiling. We informed him of this but 1) he was so incompetent that he could not figure out what the cause of the problem was for two years, during which the leaks got worse and worse in two rooms of our house; 2) he essentially refused the fix this problem with the excuse that he could not figure out the problem. He came a few times, but getting him to come was like pulling teeth; he would say he'd come, but cancel, reschedule, cancel, putting our schedules entirely at his mercy. We cannot count the number of work hours we lost because of this company. After two years of this foot-dragging, we ourselves had to finally consult people we knew to figure out what the problem was, expending hours upon hours of our own time. It turned out that the problem was that he didn't pitch the ceiling rigth (the most basic skill of any roofer), so that the drain was too high, and there were a number of leaky areas round the roof that he did not bother to patch up the first time. When we told him, he agreed to come and fix it, but again, scheduling, cancelling, on and on. When he came finally to look after several months of promising to come, he insisited that the problem was not the drain, and refused to fix it. After wrangling about it a few more months, during which he told us to run various "tests" around the roof to make sure it was not the drain (that is, running water around the ceiling but, again, eating up hours of our time), he finally admitted it was the drain. During all this time, we lived with two huge holes he opened up in two bedrooms, and all the foul odors and dust and mold and god knows what else whice came out of the ceiling and the rotting wood in them, which he obviously could not close up until he had done the job. After two years of this, he finally came and made a show of doing it, but he basically demanded that we pay him for the materials and the wages of his employees who did the job. We felt that we were blackmailed into paying, since if we didn't, it was obvious he would most likely use shoddy materials and not do the job properly, in addition to dragging his feet for weeks more. He is supposed to guarantee his work. This, he refused, and was incapable, of doing. The amount of mental and emotional distress caused by Mr. Causevic and his company was indescribable, in addition to his unethical practices. We still do not know if he did the job properly. He couldn't wait to close up the ceiling so that he could leave, and at first, he even refused to replace the rotting, disintegrating wood inside the ceiling because he said it was "'too much work." After one of the visits, he told us not to call him any more because he didn't want to come back. STAY AWAY from this company at all costs.
