Appointment setup - Call back under 15 minutes, flexible and provided cost estimate Duration of repair - one hour; it helps to prepare the area by clearing out the items under the sink and around the toilet prior to the visit Client interaction - Pat and his assistant are courteous, focused at the tasks on hand, explained in layman terms the completed repair and provided some practical tips. Price - worth every dollar! I had an amazing customer experience; highly recommended!

They fixed a kitchen sink that was leaking. I like that they were available quickly and they woman at the office was extremely friendly. I did not like that they did not fixed the problem. They more or less just temporary repaired it. They called me and told me that he did not fix the problem so it will leak again; he just put something on it. I called the office and the ladies said that she was sorry and that when he had time he will come and fix it but that has not happen yet.
