"C J Rose and Son roofed the condo association building where the reviewer occupies a unit. The reviewer states she had some water damaged in her unit after the roofing was done. I went out and looked at the roof and could find no reason for the water leakage. The management company went and also checked the completed roofing work and said the roofing was done correctly. An independent roofing company also checked the roofing work that was done and reported the roofing work was not the cause of the water damage. The management company said the work C J Rose did on the roof was solid and that the leakage the reviewer experienced was not because of the roofing work done by C J Rose & Son. Any problems with the doors were brought to my attention by the Association President and all problems were corrected. I was not aware of any issues with the doors after they were adjusted. C J Rose dealt with the Management Company and Association President and they were satisfied with the quality of the work done."
