They Very straight forward, "old school" type of company. And because they are an awning manufacturer, they have full control over their end of the process. Jim and George were great to work with. Highly recommend them!
Jim the owner was very congenial in setting the time for installation.
Don and Eric, the installers were very professional, clean and careful during the demolition and installation. Don explained the workings and care of the awnings in a very clear concise manner.
Overall it was a very good and smooth experience, and the awnings look terrific.
