DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!! I have made 10 large, whole-home, long distance moves over the years all with good outcomes. This move involved about 15 medium-sized items (mattresses, desk etc..) 10 minutes up the road within Buffalo Grove. It required no packing, little prep and little exertion on their part. This was by far the ABSOLUTE WORST move experience I have ever had. AND the worst damage incurred. The movers arrived with no tools for the 1 item that needed disassembly so I had to go get them. They did not know how to pull apart basic furniture so I had to show them. They padded time by overwrapping items that required none, loading 1 item in the 30 minutes I was gone to get tools for them., and it goes on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
