I would HIGHLY recommend a Tankless Hot water on demand unit. The cost is a little high at first, but the savings in the long run is well worth it. Approximately 8 years ago I had one installed. The company I used had since gone out of business. I was having trouble with my unit and had no idea who to turn to. A lot of plumbing company's have no idea how to install or service these units though. I checked the internet and located a couple places that pretended to know what they were doing when it came to the Tankless system. Then I located Tiger Plumbing on the internet. I had never used or heard of Tiger Plumbing, but saw that they specialized in the tankless hot water on demand. The owner showed up and inspected my unit and immediately noticed that the unit was not properly installed. He made all repairs and was very professional. Since using Tiger Plumbing for the first time, I've called them back twice for other plumbing needs in my house. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TIGER PLUMBING AND THE NORITZ TANKLESS HOT WATER ON DEMAND SYSTEM.
