General Remodeling
Meeting with the owners for the first time was a pleasure. Two outstanding WOMEN who have listening skills. WE discuss what my needs were. They put together a proposal of what they felt would obtain my goals. They also compared all the homes on the market and sold and provided me with knowledge (and pictures!) to help further their case. It was a tough time for me personally. So I could be overwhelmming at times:) One of the Co-founders Graduate Degree is in Clinical Psych, which I am sure is an asset in any construction job...since clients are always stressed. The house was a complete rehab inside and out; from landscaping, new garage door to new wood floors bathrooms, sun room, fixtures, electrical, rooffing, kitchen upgrades and more.
Once the dust settled and we closed on the house I am ready to have them work on another remodel. They just have an amazing ability of understanding how a house functions. They have one of a kind creative ideas and are honest.
