This place is terrible and I would advise to avoid at all costs...  2 days after they installed the headlights that I purchased from them one headlight when out, not a big deal it does happen... Everything that I purchased from them is suppost to be under a lifetime warrantey... After taking it back to them they state I have to pay $25.00 for return shipping although it doesnt not say this in anything I signed with them, not to mention they have probably 50-100 pairs of the same headlight bulbs sitting inside the storefront case... I sucked it up and payed it just to move on with my day... Within a month later my AMP starts making loud noises and making the subwoofer sound like it was blowing out, I take it to them and they look at it and say it just needs to be re-tunned... Ok cool... Couple days later the AMP stops working... I go back to Shockwave have them look at it and they say the master switch on the amp is broken and needs to be sent back to the factory and I have to pay shipping of $150.00... Seriously? I spend $2500.00 here and a couple months later I am once again having to pay for the shipping of a second defective product you have sold me all within a period of 6 months or less? I offered to send the amp out on my own to save on the shipping and they state that they have to send it out I can not send it out... Obsolutley BS...   All in all I did not pay the $150 shipping and ended up going to an authorised JL Audio dealer and bought a new AMP from them... I would advise anyone looking to spend thousands on a Car Audio system to look up a JL Audio dealer and give them your money they stand behind what they sell...
 Avoid Shockwave in Frankfort at all costs... Everything seems good to go until you run into a problem then they hang you out to dry.
